Making Your Estate Planning Documents Official!

In Texas, certain estate planning documents must meet specific legal requirements to be valid and enforceable. For example, a Last Will and Testament must be signed in the presence of two disinterested adult witnesses and a notary public, as required by the Texas Estates Code. These formalities help ensure your wishes are recognized and honored under state law.

To make the signing process convenient for you, we offer flexible options:

Option 1 — Full Service

$150

We provide the finalized documents, the notary public, and the two witnesses. You simply come to the appointment and sign — we handle the rest.

Option 2 — We Travel to You

$200

We bring the finalized documents and the notary public to your house for the signing, and you provide two witnesses. (Witnesses should not be beneficiaries in your plan; they must be competent individuals at least 16 years of age.) This option is only available within Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Waller, and Jersey Village.

Option 3 — Client-Provided Signing

No Additional Charge

We provide the finalized documents; it is your responsibility to have them signed in the presence of a notary public and two witnesses — we're available to answer questions beforehand to make sure everything is executed correctly.

Whichever option you choose, our goal is to make the signing clear, comfortable, and legally sound so your estate plan stands up under Texas law.
