Sender Estate Planning provides online estate planning tools, documents, and related services, including but not limited to:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Healthcare directives
Our services are delivered digitally and may include automated document generation based on user input.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review all generated documents carefully
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information used to generate your estate planning documents.
5. Fees and Payment
- All fees are listed on our website and are subject to change.
- Payment is required before accessing certain services or documents.
- All fees are refundable if a written cancellation request is submitted within three (3) days of payment; however, any refund may be reduced to account for attorney's fees or costs incurred for services already performed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the website are owned by or licensed to Sender Legal LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may:
- Use documents for personal use only
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without permission
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Not a Covered Entity in All Cases
Sender Legal LLC is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse.
However, in the course of providing estate planning services (including preparation of medical directives, medical powers of attorney, or related documents), we may collect or process health-related information that may be considered Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
9. Information We May Collect
We may collect health-related information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Medical conditions or treatment preferences
- End-of-life care instructions
- Physician or healthcare provider information
- Information included in a Directive to Physicians or Medical Power of Attorney
We do not collect medical records directly from healthcare providers.
10. Authorization to Use and Disclose Information
By using our services, you expressly authorize Sender Legal LLC to:

- Use such information to generate estate planning documents

- You voluntarily provide any health-related information

- The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

Hardware and Software Requirements
You must have:

- Ability to download and view PDF documents

16. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through:

- If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas
You agree to waive participation in class actions.
